We realize buildings on the ground floor or on the first floor depending on the space you have.

Why trust us:

  • Turnkey solution, we can intervene on the whole project.
  • From the study phase / elaboration of the plans, to the construction (VRD, earthworks, concrete slab, water and electricity connections, design / manufacture of the modules, installation / assembly). We are also able to provide various services (installation of video surveillance system, audio ...).
    The advantage is to have only one interlocutor.
  • Time saving, modular construction allows to deliver buildings in a much shorter time than a hard construction.
    Reduces delivery time by 50%.
  • Durable, our solutions are designed to last over time and have nothing to envy to traditional constructions.
  • A really competitive price, up to 30% savings compared to a traditional construction.
  • A construction that takes care of the environment, the modular allows you to have efficient thermal solutions.
  • Intervention on all France and bordering countries. Export on estimate.

Please note that the duration of obtaining the building permit and the preparation of the project upstream is not included.

Modular facilities for dog units

Professional facilities designed for dogs, dog handlers and teams
Our modular solutions for canine units enable the creation of comprehensive, functional and scalable facilities, combining dedicated spaces for dogs with areas for human teams.
Designed for law enforcement agencies, government departments, security companies, dog training centres and professional organisations, these buildings meet the day-to-day needs of dog units: accommodation for dogs, movement of teams, equipment storage, operational preparation, rest, surveillance and supervision.
The aim is to provide a coherent, robust and practical complex capable of adapting to on-site constraints, the number of dogs, the unit’s operations and the desired level of comfort.

A clear division between dog areas and staff facilities
The two-storey design optimises the available space whilst keeping the different functions separate.
On the ground floor, the spaces are primarily intended for the dogs: kennels, day/night areas, service access points, circulation routes, cleaning areas and preparation zones.
Upstairs, the premises can be fitted out for the teams: offices, changing rooms, toilets, a rest room, a meeting room, a storage room, a training room or a monitoring area.
This layout brings dog handlers closer to their dogs whilst maintaining a clear, distinct and professional separation between staff work areas and the dog kennels.

Staff facilities integrated as closely as possible with dog-handling activities
The facilities on the upper floor can be configured to suit the unit’s specific needs.
They can accommodate:

  • offices for management or administration;
  • a briefing or meeting room;
  • changing rooms for dog handlers;
  • toilets and showers;
  • a rest room;
  • a storage area for equipment;
  • a plant room;
  • a training room;
  • an observation or supervision area.

This proximity between the staff quarters and the kennels saves time, makes it easier to keep an eye on the dogs and improves the day-to-day organisation of the teams.

Two possible configurations depending on the project

Version with terrace
The version with a terrace offers staff a real boost in comfort.
The terrace can serve as a space for breaks, relaxation, observation or socialising. It significantly enhances the building’s appeal and gives the whole complex a modern, high-quality and professional image.
This layout is particularly suited to units wishing to provide a pleasant communal space for staff, whilst maintaining a direct view of the surrounding area or dog-handling areas.
It can be complemented by a pergola, glass or metal railings, outdoor furniture, sunshades or landscaping.

Version without a terrace
The version without a terrace offers a simpler, more economical and more practical solution.
It retains all the advantages of a two-storey building, with the dogs on the ground floor and staff facilities upstairs, whilst keeping the overall budget under better control.
This solution is ideal when the priority is to quickly provide usable floor space, functional workspaces and a rational layout, without the need for additional outdoor landscaping.

A modular and customisable solution
Each project can be tailored to the site, the number of dogs, the teams’ requirements and technical constraints.
The buildings can be adapted in a number of ways:

  • number of kennels
  • dimensions of dog areas;
  • day/night layout;
  • type of facades and partitions;
  • utility areas;
  • stairs and access points;
  • corridors;
  • staff rooms fitted out or left unfinished;
  • terrace or no terrace;
  • level of insulation;
  • ventilation;
  • easy-to-clean surfaces;
  • exterior finishes;
  • custom signage.

This modular design allows for the creation of everything from a small dog unit to a complete building for a larger organisation.

A solution tailored to the needs of modern dog units
Dog units require facilities that are reliable, clean, secure and suitable for intensive use.
Our buildings are designed to address several key challenges:
The comfort of the dogs, with spaces designed for rest, ventilation, hygiene and safety.
The comfort of the teams, with premises close to the animals, practical for day-to-day use and configurable to suit specific needs.
Optimisation of the site, thanks to a two-storey design that minimises the footprint.
The site’s image, with modern, clean and attractive architecture.
Scalability, thanks to a modular design that allows the facility to be adapted or expanded over time.

For what types of organisations?
These buildings can be used by:

  • municipal police forces;
  • gendarmerie;
  • national police;
  • customs;
  • armed forces;
  • private security companies;
  • government departments;
  • dog training centres;
  • dog sports clubs or organisations;
  • professional kennels;
  • animal shelters or charities requiring reinforced facilities.

They are equally suitable for building a website from scratch or for expanding an existing one.
